If you go to Sado, a highly recommended visit. They offer local and quality products that are changing according to the time, they also have local Sake from the island of Sado and you can take both dishes from the tape and order separately. The price is normal, however the quality is high and of course the very fresh local fish.I'm not sure if they have an English menu, but for the tape and open palates there should be no problem!In autumn I highly recommend Nodoguro, a typical fish from the Niigata area, much appreciated, it shows in the price, but its flavor is incredible.

In my opinion, the best sushi on Sado. Great value for your money. Lots of the seafood used is locally caught. Be sure to check the daily recommendations board and the papers posted on the walls for specials/seasonally available items (like local oysters in summer).

I stopped by a business trip to Sado. It was delicious, but it ’s Sado, so the seafood is superb! There was no impression. There were a lot of dry dishes that went around many laps.
